Features:

All hydraulic models of long-axis deep well pumps and well submersible pumps of Nanjing Better Pump Co., Ltd. are designed with reference to Goulds Company of the United States and produced in Nanjing. The impeller and the middle casing adopt the mixed-flow hydraulic design. With the increase of the flow rate, the power tends to decrease, and the full head will not be overloaded. It can minimize the impact loss of the radial blade flow channel, improve the hydraulic performance of the pump, and save energy. Reduce wear, vibration and noise caused by excessive impact.

A layer of epoxy resin with a thickness of 0.2-0.3 mm is sintered in the flow channel of the impeller and the guide shell. It has a certain degree of corrosion resistance and wear resistance, which greatly reduces the surface roughness of the flow channel, which is conducive to improving the efficiency of the water pump.
Copper bearings are used in the diversion shell, and the copper bearings run smoothly.
The method of flame straightening is used to eliminate the internal drawing stress of the impeller shaft and transmission shaft, so that after the shaft is straightened, the shaft will not be bent again due to the release of the internal drawing stress of the shaft.
