　　Precautions for use of submersible sewage pump

　　1. There are two types of submersible sewage pumps: fixed and mobile. When the fixed automatic installation is adopted, the chain cable should be inserted into the pump outlet separately, and its connection line should be parallel to the pump outlet, and the pump should be lifted up and down in two eyebolts or lifting plates. Slide down the rails evenly and slowly until the automatic coupling is in place. When using a mobile installation, the hose should be put on first, and the electric pump should be lifted up and down through the two rings with a chain rope. Be careful not to use the cable as a rope to avoid danger.

　　2. Use a 500V megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance between the ground and the ground of the electric pump motor. The value should not be lower than 2 megohmmeters. Otherwise, the stator winding of the motor should be dried, and the drying temperature should not exceed 120°C.

　　3. Before using the submersible sewage pump, carefully check whether the cable is damaged, whether the fasteners are loose or fall off, and whether the pump is deformed or damaged during transportation, storage and installation.

　　4. It is forbidden to run the pump without self-circulating cooling device on the water surface for a long time to prevent the electric pump from being overheated and damaged.

　　5. Do not run the pump at low head for long periods of time. Generally, the head used should not be lower than 60% of the rated head, and it is best to control it within the recommended head range to prevent the electric pump from being overloaded and burning out the motor.

　　6. Without special circumstances, the submersible sewage pump must be equipped with a fully automatic pump control cabinet. Do not directly connect to the power grid or use a knife switch to connect to the power supply to ensure the normal operation of the electric pump.

　　7. The grounding wire of the submersible sewage pump casing must be strictly in accordance with the relevant regulations.

　　These programs are connected correctly. In order to ensure personal safety during use, it is strictly forbidden to put people in the nearby water to do things or move when the electric pump is running, so as to prevent accidents caused by electric pump leakage.

　　8. When connecting the submersible sewage pump, turn it counterclockwise from the water inlet. If the electric pump is reversed, just exchange the wiring positions of any two wires in the cable.
